How do I create my recruiting profile?
Download Athletes One Link from the App Store and sign in with your Apple ID. Fill in your sport, position, stats, school, and other details in the app. Choose a template, then tap Publish to make your profile live at your personal URL.
What is my profile URL?
Your profile lives at 1link.onbaseiq.com/[yourslug]. Your slug is set in the app (for example, 1link.onbaseiq.com/vshin2029). You can share this link directly with college coaches, paste it in emails, or put it on a business card.
How do I add recruiting videos?
In the app, go to the Videos & Platforms section and paste your YouTube or Hudl video URL. The video will embed directly in your profile — coaches can press play without leaving your page. Up to 5 videos are supported. YouTube Shorts and standard YouTube links both work.
Can I link my Hudl, NCSA, or SportsRecruits page?
Yes. In the Videos & Platforms section, you can add links to Hudl, NCSA, SportsRecruits, BeRecruited, MaxPreps, Perfect Game, and other recruiting platforms, plus your social media accounts (X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn). All links appear as branded buttons on your public profile.
Is my contact information public?
Your athlete contact details (email and phone) and parent/guardian contact are only shown on your profile if you have turned on the "Contact Approved" setting in the app. When this is off, contact information is hidden from your public profile even if it has been entered.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel, open your iPhone's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, find Athletes One Link, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access through the end of your current billing period. For billing disputes or refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us at support@onbaseiq.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and we will remove all your profile data within 30 days. Canceling your subscription will take your public profile offline but will not delete the data from the app.
My profile isn't showing up at my URL. What do I do?
Make sure you have tapped Publish (or the sync button) in the app after making changes. Also confirm that your subscription is active — if it has lapsed, your public profile will be taken offline until you renew. If the issue persists, email us at support@onbaseiq.com with your profile slug.
Which sports are supported?
Athletes One Link supports 12+ sports including softball, baseball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, football, lacrosse, tennis, swimming, track & field, field hockey, golf, gymnastics, rowing, wrestling, ice hockey, cross country, and water polo. If your sport isn't listed, email us — we add new sports regularly.
Can parents help set up a profile for their athlete?
Yes. A parent or guardian can set up and manage the profile using their Apple ID. The profile should represent the athlete — enter the athlete's information, stats, and contact details. The parent/guardian's own contact information can be added in the designated Parent/Guardian section, which appears separately on the profile under Coaching Staff.
